As of May 24, 2018 VMware has announced General Availability (GA) of VMware NSX for vSphere 6.4.1

- Context-Aware Firewall
  - Additional Layer 7 Application Context Support
  - Expanded OS support for Identity Firewall
- VMware NSX - Functionality Updates for vSphere Client (HTML):
  - The following VMware NSX features are now available through the vSphere Client: Installation, Groups and Tags, Firewall, Service Composer, Application Rule Manager, SpoofGuard, IPFIX, Flow Monitoring.
  - UI Enhancements for Firewall, Application Rule Manager, Grouping, Spoofguard
- NSX Edge Enhancements
  - Load Balancer Scale: Increased support of LB pool members from 32 to 256
- Operations and Troubleshooting
  - Installation - UI Enhancements
  - Alarms on Certificate Expiration
  - Automatic Backup before Upgrades
- Solution Interoperability
  - vSphere 6.7 support: When upgrading to vSphere 6.7, you must first install or upgrade to NSX for vSphere 6.4.1 or later.
